In copyright matters, we advise on works, software, photographs, text, designs and other content, including chains of title, rights of use and remuneration. For patents and other technical intellectual-property rights and specialised registration procedures, we work with patent attorneys and technical experts where appropriate, while retaining the contractual and contentious work within the overall legal strategy.
Unfair-competition law protects competitors, consumers and market participants against unfair commercial practices. We review advertising, product presentation, comparative claims, misleading or aggressive commercial practices, imitation, misuse of confidential information and other market conduct and act in matters concerning injunctions, removal, information, damages and interim relief.
