Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

Linz · 20–40 Hours per Week

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible Legal Assistant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a part-time or full-time basis, working between 20 and 40 hours per week.

We place particular importance on professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, reliability and an independent approach to work. Your Responsibilities

  • Handling general administrative and organisational tasks
  • Supporting our lawyers in their day-to-day work
  • Corresponding and communicating by telephone with clients, courts, public offices and authorities
  • Preparing documents from dictation
  • Welcoming and assisting clients
  • Managing files, deadlines and appointments
  • Assisting with fee invoicing and billing
  • Organising and coordinating business travel

Your Profile

  • Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate equivalent to the Austrian Matura
  • Ideally, professional experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a law firm
  • Very good knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Ideally, experience with ADVOKAT or comparable law firm software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional conduct
  • A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for taking on new responsibilities
  • Reliability, independence and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A careful and well-organised approach to work
  • Very good written and spoken German

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2,000.00 on a full-time basis. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and professional experience. For part-time employment, the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis according to the agreed working hours.
