In negotiations, we identify the commercially material points, make risks comparable and develop wording that protects the client’s interests without making implementation unnecessarily difficult. We address international and multilingual agreements and interfaces with corporate, antitrust, employment, real-estate and IT law from the outset.
Where performance issues or questions of interpretation arise, we assess claims, deadlines, evidence and available courses of action. We assist with renegotiation, amendment and termination and, where required, represent clients in enforcing or defending claims. For businesses that receive ongoing advice, we also act as a reliable point of contact for time-sensitive decisions and recurring legal questions.
